This blazon was included in booklet handed out at the 1992 Cayuga reunion.

The Cayugas were always very loyal to the British sovereign, and in times of war, fought on the side of the monarch. Hence the royal colours of gold and scarlet are accorded this badge. The Indian is shown kneeling with a bow and arrow poised and ready to defend.
