During HAIDA's service life from 1943 to 1963, the ship underwent numerous modifications and changes that were needed in order to support operational requirements. They can be classified into three broad eras: WWII and post war, Korean war and peacetime.

Some changes were major while others were minor.  This Changes Document attempts to list  all  those modifications with the most up-to-date data available. .
