This date on the TV100 marketing brochure certifies that 1950 was  either the marketing or production year for the TV100.

There is a minor mystery: The models TV101 and TV 102 are listed in the Radio Collecge of Canada Service Manual #1. It is puzzling as to why the TV 100 is not listed for the years 1950 and 1951. (Extract provided by Bruce Winter , SPARC Museum)

GENERAL ELECTRIC MODEL 10T5

PIctured below is the General Electric television model 10T5 which was made in 1949. The TV100 pictured above is identical in appearance except for a minor cosmetic difference . This would suggest that the 10T5 design was licenced to Canadian Marconi and they used the model TV100 designator. Can anyone confirm this licensing arrangement?  Contact : jerry.proc@sympatico.ca
