Comment: This tuner was fitted into different transmitters/receivers. Specific examples are the Canadian Marconi 1.5 KW Combined Telephone & Telegraph Set, and the .5 KW Phone Concert Set. The type 70 was commonly paired with the Type 55 Detector/Amplifier.
