"ARGONAUT" S and SP VHF Marine Transceiver

SPECIFICATIONS:

The Argonaut S  and SP radios differ only in the frequency coverage and the number of channels provided.  Both versions cover the international marine channels of 1 to 28.
The S type supports an addition five channels in the group of 29 to 33.
The SP allows an additional five channels from the channel group of  29 to 56.

Type:   FM radiotelephone.
Mode: FM voice only.
RF Power: 20 watts .
Frequency range:

Transmitter - 156 to 158.8 MHz;
Receiver     - 156 to 163.4 MHz.

Mains Power input - ?

Comment:
1) Provision has been made to support conversion to 25 KHz channel spacing. This is an administrative requirement which came into effect in 1972.
2) One Argonaut radio will support up to four additional slaved control units.
