PANTENNA III
Frequency range: 0.5 to 1.5 MHz and 4.5 to 22 MHz but there is no visible band selector switch
Comment. Little information is available on this device. It is an omnidirectional antenna system which can support up to 80 receivers without mutual interference. It is designated as an AM/FM amplifier.and is designed to reject the ship's transmission frequencies.
Manufacturer: Marconi Marine International.

The rear view of the unit showing the co-ax cables does not offer anything to suggest how the unit was last used.  If the Pantenna can support up to 80 receivers, then one can safely conclude that the distribution panel is missing. Note the unidentified  control  on the left rear apron along with the unidentified component on the right side.
